Disney's 16-year-old star Miley Cyrus has shot back at the many criticisms people and the media addressed to her soon after a picture of her wearing a cleavage baring t-shirt during a weekend jog with shirtless older male companion Justin Gaston appeared on the net. In an interview on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show on Monday, March 2, she uttered her defense, saying "I don't get the big whoop, but whatever. I guess it's just ... I'm not allowed to jog any more."

Accused by many media outlets of purposely drawing attention to her certain body parts by wearing a low-cut t-shirt during the run that exposed her green bathing suit, Miley set the record straight on her outfits, admitting that the top she wore was her mother's baggy t-shirt. And the reason she wore it was because she and her 8-year-old sister, who joined her on the jog, have agreed to wash Justin's "really hideous truck" and "it's, like, 100 degrees out."

"As I'm running, it got a little bit lower and you could see a little of the bathing suit top," Miley recalled. "So, oh my goodness, Miley Cyrus wears a two-piece! Kill me! I'm wearing a two-piece. ... with an 8-year old."

"I don't get why people are allowed to take pictures and make them something they're not, but I guess that's just how their job works and how they'll make the most money," the actress-singer protested further during her radio interview.
