In a short message posted on the official site of Good Charlotte, Joel Madden confirms that he and Nicole Richie are expecting their second child.

AceShowbiz - Nicole Richie and Joel Madden add the frenzy to the on-going Oscars as they have announced that they are expecting their second child. Breaking the news was Joel through a short message posted Saturday, February 21 on the official website of his band Good Charlotte.
"Better than winning an OSCAR!," so read the title of the message. "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope your [sic] all feeling as good as I am right now."
Above the message, Joel also placed a picture, showing him alongside longtime partner Nicole Richie, and their daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden posing for the camera. Joel and Nicole welcomed the arrival of Harlow in January 2008, two years after they began dating.
No other details of Nicole's second pregnancy have been made public though. Her due date also isn't mentioned in the post.
