"Jackass" star Steve-O is turning his playful foray into a rapper a serious one. The reality TV star has previously released several footages of him rapping and has now announced that he is working towards releasing a Hip-Hop album. Not without a concept, Steve whose real name is Stephen Gilchrist Glover, wants a "comedy gangsta rap" album.

To back him up in the debut LP, Steve who made the announcement on Carson Daly Show called out to several producers in 50 Cent's G-Unit. He said, "Some producers of the G-Unit are collaborating with me for my new, Universal Records comedy gangsta rap album. I'm the only guy dumb enough to try to give Hip-Hop a sense of humor."

Steve-O is no stranger to rapping for he released a song where he raps about smoking crack. He also recorded a song with Kool G Rap called "Poke the Puss" and released a mixtape few years back.
