Is a red carpet regular, Anne Hathaway has been tapped as the new "brand ambassador" of cosmetics giant Lancome.
Concerning her deal, the movie beauty will front a new advertising campaign by the international brand for a new fragrance which will be launched September later this year.
On Anne's choosing as the face of their newest fragrance, Lancome International president Odile Roujol said, "Anne Hathaway is a radiant young woman who perfectly embodies modern femininity. We know she will portray all the passion and excitement of our new fragrance, to be launched throughout the world in September 2008."
Anne thus follows in the footsteps of Kate Winslet, Uma Thurman and Clive Owen among others to appear in both print and television adverts for Lancome's products.
As of her acting career, Anne has just completed filming "Passengers" and "Get Smart" which both slated to hit the theaters later this year.
