New details on Usher's much-delayed new album have been unearthed through his interview with his hometown newspaper Atlanta-Journal Constitution. The rapper did not only update its progress but also revealed that Michael Jackson will be in it too.

Usher said that a new single is in the motion as he puts it, "It's been created, but it's not recorded. And as long as Michael is open to it, hey, anything goes." He added that it will also feature fellow rapper, T-Pain.

On when the album will come out Usher could say, "I've been diligently working on creating a masterpiece. It's going to be out first or maybe the second quarter. I see the second quarter of next year. And there will be a video and single out at the top of the year." He is thinking of releasing a Polow Da Don-produced track called 'Love in the Club' as the lead single.

Usher is juggling the studio work with his new status as a dad. His wife Tameka Foster gave birth to a son who is named Usher V on November 26 this year.
