A video was posted on YouTube for 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place (Thumbs Down Version)' and guitarist explained why they are no longer in EMI.

AceShowbiz - In relatively the same time after announcing that 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place' will be made the first single off of 'In Rainbows', Radiohead premiered the music video. The clip was posted on their YouTube account under heading 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place (thumbs down version)'.
It was originally footage that was aired on the band's webcast back on November 9. It's a black and white clip where the band members wear bicycle helmets.
The single of 'Jigsaw Falling Into Place' will be released as a single with 'Down is the New Up', 'Last Flowers' and 'Videotape' as the B-side. The physical release of 'In Rainbows' in U.S. is slated for January 1.
Meanwhile, guitarist Ed O'Brien finally admitted the reason of their split with EMI telling The Observer, "EMI is in a state of flux. It's been taken over by somebody who's never owned a record company before, Guy Hands and Terra Firma, and they don't realise what they're dealing with."
