Off her media frenzy personal life, Whitney Houston has announced a comeback to music. The singer who has separated from husband Bobby Brown will perform in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on December 1.

Whitney announced this gig through a video that last less than 10 seconds. The concert is part of Live & Loud Music Festival, a 10-day music event brought by the local organizers. The chief festival director, Reymee Mohamed Hussein explained that each artist will do long sets instead of bits and pieces.

"For instance, the night Whitney performs will last for about nine hours as it will start around 3pm right up to midnight," he said. "Each artiste will perform his or her own concert, not just a few songs. They're not here to promote their albums, but to do full concerts. And yes, Whitney will sing her old songs too."

Other acts which will appear in the festival include K-Ci & JoJo, James Ingram, Kool & The Gang, Mint Condition, Dionne Warwick, Shaggy, Elliott Yamin, Rick Price, James Morrison and many more. These artists will be joined by several Asian performers.
