Both officers testified in a Manhattan court Thursday October 4th they witnessed Prodigy placed his hand near or on the open console, where they allegedly found the fully loaded and unlicensed gun.

As of Prodigy he claimed to know nothing about the weapon nor did he realize that it was in the console. Already has two gun possession convictions, a third conviction could land the rap star in prison for up to 15-years. The defense case is scheduled to begin Tuesday October 9th.

On the much contrary, the gun charges against Alchemist have been dismissed.
