It appears that the long-going custody battle of Britney Spears and ex-husband Kevin Federline over sons Sean Preston and Jayden James won't come to an end anytime soon. The judge in the legal battle has ordered the singer to undergo drug testing upon finding "a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol" by the star.

Los Angeles Superior Court judge Scott Gordon has on Monday September 17th issued court documents ordered Spears "to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol," which will be conducted twice a week on random dates and times.

While no changes were made on Spears and K-Fed's 50/50 custody arrangement, the court documents obtained by TMZ.com showed that both parents are prohibited from "making derogatory remarks" about each other in their children's presence, and from "using corporal punishment" to discipline them.

Besides, each of them must complete the court's "Parenting Without Conflict" class and "neither party shall consume alcohol, or other non-prescription controlled substance during or for the 12 hours immediately preceding any period such party is responsible for the health and safety of the minor children."
