Story is said to focus on a teacher who tries to save his drama department by writing a sequel to William Shakespeare's "Hamlet." "Nancy Drew" helmer Andy Fleming is set to direct based on the script he wrote alongside Pam Brady, whose most recent writing work, "Hot Rod", currently is in theaters.

Production will begin on September 17 in New Mexico under L+E Productions banner using a budget of $10 million to $15 million range. L+E Prod. topper Eric Eisner is producing accompanied by Aaron Ryder with Bona Fide partners Albert Berger and Ron Yerxa both executive producing.
