A scooper has provided /film with information about important plot points for "The Dark Knight."

AceShowbiz -

What a week we are going through now. It was just yesterday (August 9) that rumors about "1-18-08" ending leak got surfaced and now, similar issue also hits another big title, none other than Warner Bros. Pictures "The Dark Knight."

The good people at /film revealed that they have received a message from a Chicago scooper claiming that he/she had obtained what seemed to be prominent plot points for the movie, which is still carrying out its principal photography under the direction of Christopher Nolan.

The source said the plot unveiled revolves around the scenes in which The Joker kidnaps Rachel Dawes to force her speak out about Batman's true identity, Bruce Wayne. While Dawes tells him the truth, the villain, however, believes that the woman has lied to him as he later encounters both Bruce Wayne and Batman in the same room together simultaneously. This causes Joker to conclude that Wayne is NOT the hero and that Dawes, in fact, lied to him.

The scooper further informed that apparently there is an impostor posing as Batman who is running around Gotham City. This leads the cops to believe that he is the real Batman and that he is on their side. It is unclear how this will play into the story, though.

As things look to be kinda vague, it is highly advised to take the tidbits as merely rumors for now. Hopefully, all will be clear soon as the principal cast from the flick are said to make an unannounced appearance at Wizard World Chicago this weekend.
