Fox-Walden has brought online two new international trailers for its upcoming fantasy flick "The Dark Is Rising."

Providing another glimpses for all the fantasy fans to watch, Fox-Walden has delightfully released not only one but two international trailers for "The Dark Is Rising" on the net by now.
Placed on Foxfilm.at, there are two The Dark Is Rising trailers available both in Windows Media Player format.
Slated for an October 5, 2007 release, "Rising" is a big screen adaptation of the high fantasy five-book series by Susan Cooper. In developing the movie, director David Cunningham reportedly minimized the use of visual effect, opting to pursue practical means to carry out the effects of the film's scenes instead. As a result, a thousand snakes were shipped in from the Czech Republic to be dumped on the actors, real water was used to wipe out a mansion in the film, and real rooks were trained to fly at the stars.
