Lindsay Lohan keeps going from one low to another. Going from rehab to arrest in just 11 days, the starlet life is a mess. Following the release of an audio copy of the 911 call made by the mother of her former personal assistant in the minutes before her arrest, it's now the turn of her passengers to speak out.

There are three men claiming they were passengers in the car driven by Lindsay on the Tuesday morning July 24th of her arrest, they are Dante Nigro, Jakon Sutter, and Ronnie Blake. The threesome told the media the actress-singer had been drinking and chased after her assistant.

As of his part, Nigro alleged he and some friends including Lindsay had spent the evening drinking at a party in Malibu and he did see her drinking, saying "I saw her walking around with a cocktail, and five or six of us, give or take a couple, took a shot together."

Nigro, who testified that he, Sutter, and Blake are friends to boyfriend of Lindsay's assistant, Tarin Graham, furthermore alleged to have seen the two females got into an argument. Graham then quit and got into her car. Lindsay soon thereafter immediately jumped in Nigro's GMC Denali, with him on the passenger seat and Sutter and Blake in the back, and chased after her.

When Nigro warned her that she could get into trouble, Lindsay told him "I'm a celebrity. I'm not going to get into trouble."

Authorities have, on Thursday July 26th, made public an audio copy of the 911 call made by the mother of Graham, seeking for help early Tuesday because a mysterious car was following her. The 911 call lasted nearly three minutes.
