Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has blasted law enforcement for spilling the report while the investigation was still going on.

AceShowbiz - Lindsay Lohan's lawyer has expressed his disappointment towards the revelation of Lohan' toxicology report to the public. Blair Berk blamed the �law enforcement� for letting in �shameful� act.
Berk told New York Daily News, �This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.� On the other side, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney Jane Robison says, �Our office has not received the final toxicology reports - only preliminary results - and the police have not formally filed a case yet.�
A report was published online that Lohan had cocaine and twice legal limit of alcohol in her blood when she crashed her Mercedes in Beverly Hills, Calif. on May 26. She has since checked into Promise rehabilitation center in Malibu, Calif.
Her 21st birthday meanwhile, is celebrated quietly in rehab with only mom and siblings in the guest list. A big birthday party was planned before in PURE nightclub but it was later cancelled following her rehab stint.
