It's been a month after her death and following tough examination and autopsy Anna Nicole Smith's cause of death finally is known. In fact, the result won't be made public any time soon.
The Broward County, Fla., medical examiner Joshua Perper said Wednesday March 7th he knows what caused Smith's death but he would wait one or two weeks to ensure that none of the police investigators' findings changed any of his own findings, it has been reported.
Dr. Perper was the man who is in charge to perform the autopsy on Smith and one of the key proponents of having the courts allow the body of the former Playboy Playmate to be embalmed.
Smith, 39, died Feb. 8 last year, in a Hollywood, Fla., hospital where she was taken after being found unconscious in her hotel room at the nearby Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. She was buried Friday March 2nd in the Bahamas next to her son, Daniel Smith, who died September last year.
