Seems progress on "Marc Pease Experience" goes quite well so far. The Hollywood Reporter has learned that the comedy flick finally will be distributed under Paramount Vantage banner while being set up at Michael London's Groundswell Productions.

Starring Jason Schwartzman, the picture sees the "Marie Antoinette" star portray the titular character, a man ten years out of high school and still living in the past when he was the star in his high school's musicals. Ben Stiller is reportedly still in talks to also star.

Production on the movie is slated to start by March in North Carolina with Todd Louiso directing from the script he himself penned alongside Jacob Koskoff. Louiso, who is also an actor, last directed the 2002 drama comedy "Love Liza" which won its scribe, Gordy Hoffman, the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at Sundance Film Festival that year.
