"Skin and Bones", due to hit stores on November 7th, was recorded at three August Los Angeles dates on the band's acoustic tour. It includes the songs, "In Your Honor," "Big Me," "Everlong," "My Hero" and "Walking After You."

More on the album, it also features the Nirvana track "Marigold", the B-Side to the 1993 single "Heart-Shaped Box" which was written by Foo Fighters singer Dave Grohl and featured him on lead vocals.

The Foo Fighters acoustic tour has three upcoming dates in Australia, and the band is next scheduled to appear Oct. 21-22 at Neil Young's Bridge School benefit outside San Francisco. They are also scheduled to play with Bob Dylan through early November.
