Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker, both are former Blink-182 co-founders, have officially announced their newly formed band +44 on Tuesday August 29th.

+44, named after the international dialing code of Great Britain, will then have their debut album "When Your Heart Stops Beating" released via Interscope Records on November 14th later this year.

The album is produced by Hoppus and Barker and executive produced by long-time Blink-182 producer Jerry Finn. Joining the band's line up are ex-member of The Nervous Return, Shane Gallagher, and Craig Fairbaugh.

In support of the new release, +44 has planned a handful of shows in Europe next month and will then showcase its new material during an October 14th appearance at the Bamboozle Left festival in Pomona, Calif. Dashboard Confessional, Yellowcard, Brand New and Thrice are among those on the bill for the two-day event.
