Keith Richards will not undergo surgery following his mysterious stay in a New Zealand hospital, according to the band's spokesperson

The long circulated rumors have finally been answered when The Rolling Stones' spokesperson confirmed that the band guitarist Keith Richards doesn't need a brain surgery following an incident on holiday in Fiji last week.
Back then, some reports speculated that the rock star would need blood to be drained from his brain after reportedly falling out of a palm tree. Though, spokeswoman Fran Curtis said: "He's feeling good and in good spirits."
In somewhat a further confirmation, Richards is said to be looking forward to the European leg of the tour which kicks off later this month in Barcelona, Spain.
