Hudson to take legal action against five publications that printed photographs of her that she says falsely implies she has an eating disorder

AceShowbiz - Gossip and/or rumor are the spicy that almost all celebrities in the whole world have to face while they're living their life and career. Despite the fact that they may jack up someone's popularity, in particular cases, the spicy is just too bitter to swallow that sometimes we just wanna throw the things up. That is the fact.
This phenomenon happens to Hollywood babe Kate Hudson who is very outrageous over eating disorder claims pointed to her. Cant deal with the rumor for any longer, the Oscar-nominated actress ordered her U.K.-based lawyers on Monday to take legal action against several publications for printing pictures which she said falsely implied she had an eating disorder.
Not without reason but Hudson does that because she feels the pictures "suggested that she had an eating disorder that was so grave and serious that she was wasting away, to the extreme concern of her mother and family." So said her lawyers. Worse than that, the images and articles that followed could also prove damaging to her career as it might raise concern amongst casting agents who may not want to hire someone perceived as having a health problem.
The suit specifically targets on the National Enquirer for its article titled "Goldie tells Kate: Eat Something! And She Listens!" besides also targeting the British tabloids Heat, Daily Mail UK, Star and Closer, all of which published Hudson's photos which apparently showed her in a dangerously thin shape. However, Hudson herself insists that her diet is of a healthy nature.
