Pop superstar Britney Spears lost the photos of her newly born son Sean Preston. The photos featuring Spears' and husband Kevin Federline's month-old baby boy surfaced on the Internet on Friday, but the singer said they were stolen. Thus she is managed to take legal action against anyone who showed the images.

Photos of Spears holding a dark-haired child and another of the singer lying cheek to cheek with the baby had been removed from a number of Web sites by late on Friday. Regardless this matter, a publicist for her Leslie Sloan said "Anyone who publishes, sells or otherwise exploits any of these images in any way will be subject to liability and damages for willful infringement of copyright, invasion of privacy and other legal claims."

However, it yet clear whether Spears has filed a legal action or not. A call to her representative seeking comment was not immediately returned.
