Teen actress Lindsay Lohan has savely escaped from a Tuesday car crash occurred just outside the Beverly Hills city limits caused by an enthusiastic photographer, Galo Cesar Ramirez, who deliberately crashed his minivan into the beauty's Mercedes after stalking her through the streets of Los Angeles.
