Noah Wyle has decided to quit "ER" and spend more time with his family and friends

AceShowbiz -

Actor Noah Wyle has decided to leave medical drama ER, where he plays as Dr. John Carter, as its regular cast member at the end of this season. The 33 years old star who remained with the series through its 11 years, will return for four episodes in each of the next two seasons.

ER executive producer John Wells told USA Today that he was very sad concerning Noah leave because they have had a lot of story together. Also John praised Noah as a wonderful actor and a wonderful man that it's been great to watch him grow up and get married and have a family.

To explain his leaving from ER Noah told "E! News Live" last September that he just wanted to spend more time with his family and friends who have waited for his coming back to them.
