The timely manner and contacts may damage Cosby case

AceShowbiz - The long-period delay of disclosing Cosby fondling case has become one factor for doubting the case validity. Since, according to the Montgomery County district attorney, Bruce L. Castor Jr., "failure to disclose in a timely manner and contacts with the alleged perpetrator after the event" may weaken a case that then prevent the court from making any decision concerning anyone's credibility 'till complete evidences are in.
As a matter of fact, Castor and his office will decide to bring charges within two weeks after Cosby and his accuser have been interviewed by investigators.
