Lindsay Lohan mother, Dina Lohan, has finally filed for divorce from Michael Lohan, with whom she married with for 19 years, in Nassau County Supreme Court Tuesday.

"Cruel and inhuman treatment" and "adultery" are the main reasons for Dina, who gets the full custody of Lindsay's three siblings, to split from his husband. As most people know that Michael Lohan has become center of attention for his crime, among other are punching a New York sanitation worker, skipping out on a pricey hotel bill and whacking his brother-in-law in the head with a shoe at a family gathering.

Somehow, Dina belives that divorce will be "good" for the whole family and for Michael's healing from alcohol addiction.
