Fashion designer, Mr Blackwell crowns Desperate Housewives star, Nicollette Sheridan, as the worst dressed actress of 2004 in his 45th annual no-puns-barred. Since, Sheridan has caused a controversy last year, provoking for about 50,000 complaints when she dropped a towel and jumped, slmost naked, into the arms of receiver Terrell Owens during a promotional spot for "Desperate Housewives" preceding "Monday Night Football". For that reason Blake even named the 41 years old actress as "a taste-free pain."
