The Dark Tower, an upcoming American fantasy Western film based on the novel series of the same name by Stephen King, has released its second international trailer. The film tells the tale of a gunslinger named Roland Deschain (Idris Elba), the last surviving member of a knightly order tasked with protecting the Dark Tower, a mystical structure that is the nexus of all worlds. When his world is invaded by forces led by the sorcerer Walter Padick (Matthew McConaughey), Roland is forced to flee and seek refuge in a different realm.
