**BPM (Beats Per Minute)** is a 2017 French drama film directed by Robin Campillo. The film stars Nahuel Perez Biscayart, Arnaud Valois, and Adèle Haenel. It tells the story of the Paris branch of the AIDS activist group ACT UP in the early 1990s. The film was released in France on 22 February 2017 and was nominated for the Palme d'Or at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival. It won the Grand Prix, the second most prestigious prize at the festival. The film was released in the United States on 22 September 2017.
