The latest preview for The Good Wife is here and it's got Alicia and Cary butting heads over a case. The two are working on a case involving a woman who is suing her former employer for sexual harassment but Alicia wants to settle while Cary wants to go to trial. Alicia believes that settling is the best way to protect her client from further trauma but Cary believes that going to trial is the only way to get her justice. The two are at a standstill and it's unclear how they're going to move forward with the case.
