Once the most feared yakuza enforcer, known as the "Immortal Dragon," Tatsu has traded his leather jacket for an apron and his katana for a frying pan in this comedic slice-of-life anime. Now a full-time househusband, he applies the same intense, over-the-top dedication to domestic chores that he once used in the criminal underworld. Whether it's perfectly cleaning a stain, negotiating a bargain at the supermarket, or preparing an elaborate bento box, Tatsu tackles every task with a stoic, terrifyingly serious demeanor that often frightens ordinary civilians and baffles his former underworld associates. His wife, Miku, a successful career woman, is the only one who sees the loving, albeit intimidating, man beneath the gangster exterior. The series finds its humor in the stark contrast between Tatsu’s fearsome appearance and his gentle, devoted nature, creating a whirlwind of chaotic misunderstandings with cops, neighbors, and old rivals who can’t believe the legendary yakuza has settled down to a life of vacuuming and grocery shopping.
