In the quiet, picture-perfect town of Lakewood, a brutal murder shatters the illusion of safety, forcing a group of teenagers to confront a nightmare ripped from their own history. The series centers on Emma Duval, a popular high school student whose social circle is torn apart when a masked killer begins targeting her and her friends, seemingly connected to a dark secret from their past. As the body count rises, Emma and her loyal best friend Audrey must navigate a web of suspicion, paranoia, and betrayal, never knowing who to trust. The show masterfully blends the slasher genre's signature tension with the complex drama of modern teenage life, exploring themes of friendship, identity, and the chilling consequences of buried truths. With each new revelation, the line between victim and predator blurs, keeping viewers on the edge of their seats as the killer’s twisted game unfolds.
