This Elvis-loving cop knows the ins and outs of Memphis better that anyone and safeguards his musical Mecca with a brand of justice all his own. Dwight gets help from an offbeat team of crime solvers, which include his demanding boss, Lt. Tanya Rice, played by Alfre Woodard (Three Rivers); longtime partner Charlie White, played by Sam Hennings; and his eager-to-please protege, Sutton, played by DJ Qualls (My Name is Earl), among others.
