In the sprawling city of Kamihama, a strange phenomenon is unfolding: rumors are manifesting as tangible threats, and magical girls are vanishing without a trace. This spin-off of the acclaimed Puella Magi Madoka Magica universe follows Iroha Tamaki, a gentle but determined magical girl searching for her lost sister, Ui, whose existence seems to have been erased from everyone’s memory. Drawn to the enigmatic city by a mysterious voice, Iroha discovers that Kamihama offers a unique sanctuary for magical girls like herself, a place where they can avoid the grim fate of becoming Witches. However, this haven harbors a dark secret. As Iroha allies with other magical girls, including the stoic Yachiyo Nanami and the fiercely independent Kuroe, she uncovers a conspiracy involving the shadowy Wings of the Magius organization. Blending psychological horror with emotional drama and striking action sequences, the series explores themes of memory, sacrifice, and the desperate hope for redemption, all while questioning the true cost of salvation in a world built on broken promises.
