In the neon-drenched city of Fuuto, where the wind carries secrets and strange phenomena are a daily occurrence, a unique detective agency operates on the fringes of justice. This anime series follows the enigmatic private eye Shotaro Hidari and his mysterious partner, Philip, who together form the legendary Kamen Rider W. When the city is threatened by the sinister Dopants—monsters born from the dark power of Gaia Memories—the duo must rely on their unbreakable bond and a fusion of their bodies and souls to transform into their armored alter ego. The series delves into Shotaro’s earnest, hard-boiled detective persona and Philip’s cold, analytical genius as they navigate a web of conspiracies, corporate corruption, and personal vendettas. With a tone that blends noir mystery, superhero action, and heartfelt camaraderie, Fuuto PI expands the beloved universe with a mature, character-driven narrative that explores what it truly means to be a hero in a city where the line between human and monster is dangerously blurred.
