Full Circle Synopsis

news-details

One attempted connection leads to another. And then another. Set in a restaurant called Ellipsis, "Full Circle" bears witness to the complexity of human interaction. Each episode centers on two characters and the tangled drama of their relationship. One of them returns with another character in the following episode to reveal a whole new aspect of the riveting story. What happens when it all comes full circle?

Season two centers on Jimmy Parerra (O'Quinn), a Chicago cop who, 18 years ago, inspired by Frank Serpico's similar act in New York, blew the whistle on police corruption in Chicago. That resulted in sending his own father-in-law, Bud O'Rourke (Keach), the chief of detectives, to federal prison for life. Season two begins as Bud is getting out of prison, intent on revenge. As in season one, each episode takes place in one location - in this case, an Irish bar in Chicago - and focuses on a conversation between two characters intimately involved in Jimmy and Bud's story.

Just like in its first season, one character from the previous episode moves into the next episode and will be paired with a new character. However, season two will expand the story beyond the Irish bar and will also take place in the offices conducting the FBI sting operation. Bud's visitors at the state penitentiary before his release will also be depicted.
