Erika and Taylor wait to see who will return from the Final Face-Off. They both want Amy back because they think she's less competition than Craig. When Craig walks in the door, the tension is palpable. They final three contestants enjoy a steak dinner but only Craig is happy. He says "it's fun to crash a party."

In the outer beauty challenge, each contestant will record a commercial promoting tourism to Las Vegas. They will have to memorize lines and learn choreography. And they will have to do it after 24 hours of partying. The judges say that Las Vegas is a city that doesn't sleep, so why should our contestants?

When we begin the day, however, our contestants don't know it will end with a challenge. They think they're just going out for a fabulous night on the town. They ride in limousines, eat at fancy restaurants, and party the night away with famed Jackass personality Steve-O. At six the next morning, the exhausted contestants are dropped at the Venetian, where Carson surprises them with news about the challenge. The commercial begins taping in one hour.

For Erika, this proves the last straw. She is exhausted, broken, and confused. The judges watch from their secret room as Erika walks out of the room and tells producers she is quitting. She can't take it anymore.

Eventually, Erika calms down and rejoins the challenge. Each contestant does a great job with their commercials and the judges name them all winners of this challenge. The celebration doesn't last long, however, as the contestants are given keys to the judges' spy room and allowed to view their own bad behavior videos.

The secret tapes prove eye-popping for all three contestants. Craig feels worst as the tape shows him stealing a vest and failing to help other people. Erika's tape shows her backstabbing ways and nasty talk about other contestants. And Taylor's bad temper is in full view for all to see.

After watching the videos, the contestants return to the suite to pack and think about what they will say to the judges at the Final Face-Off. Craig decides to go with a heartfelt apologetic speech, and he returns the stolen vest to Carson. Erika tells the judges that she has learned so much about herself and is forever changed by her experiences on True Beauty. And Taylor says that he has learned to control his temper and wants to move forward as a role model for young people.

The judges announce the third place winner. It is Craig. Erika comes in second. And Taylor is named our TRUE BEAUTY. He wins $100,000 cash and will have his photo featured in PEOPLE magazine. Taylor cannot believe his good fortune. He promises to be deserving of the title of TRUE BEAUTY.
