Toby, Emmett and Nikki test out their new band, but Nikki's boyfriend is uncomfortable with it, which causes problems. Melody finds out Daphne is dating Chef Jeff. The trial commences, and Craig gets a mother involved in an earlier baby switching incident to testify, solidifying their case. Bay confesses to Kathryn about taking the money from the carwash .
