Well, hello Molly!

Not only are Molly and Zach unofficially official with their new relationship (though Molly isn't quite ready to go public until they tell their daughters what's going on), but also Molly's got an offer on the table for her script. But when Kenny finally gets around to reading it, he lets himself into Molly's house-which is aggravating enough-and casually informs her that he has asked for an injunction preventing Molly from selling the script. His rationale?

That her negative portrayal of his character will hurt his career-though naturally he has no compunction whatsoever about completing killing Molly's!

So Molly calls an emergency lunch with Ted, her agent, to understand what this all means. Without mincing words, Ted explains that her deal is dead with every studio unless Kenny lifts the injunction. Molly is outraged but Ted suggests that she figure out how to give Kenny something so she can move forward with her script-and her life-but Molly's unwilling to concede one more thing.

Molly's not the only one with ex-spouse problems. Zach's ex-wife, Jolie, just had her boyfriend Jeff move in and on top of that, Jolie and Jeff are throwing Skylar an over-the-top birthday party. Molly can't help but be impressed with (and a little turned on by) Zach's ability to remain Zen-like about these potentially upsetting pieces of news. Since Kenny won't change weekends with Molly because he wants to be the one to take Jaden to the party so he can hobnob, Zach asks Molly to go with him now that their respective daughters seem unfazed by the news that Zach and Molly are dating.

Unbelievably, it's time for David Shea's graduation from Destinies. To celebrate his newfound sobriety, he asks Joan to go with him to Morocco while he shoots his next film. She laughs him off, though part of her would love nothing more than the romantic adventure. Then Joan's covert relationship is outed to Rodney and Molly when Molly sees a sexy text message from "David S." appear on Joan's phone. Rodney is personally offended that Joan would sleep with such a despicable, bigoted man and Molly is hurt that Joan kept the information from her. To make matters worse, Robin abruptly left rehab early without a word after realizing that Joan was lying to her about David, making Joan feel even more like she failed the young girl, and Gary-who has been out for Joan since Day One-has finally caught Joan and David canoodling. Gary tattles about the forbidden affair to Anthea, who has no other choice but to fire Joan. With her whole life imploding around her, Joan tells Pappy she's ready to embark on their six-month cruise thinking that maybe distance will break her new addiction to David Shea.

Over at Felix's house, there's a new sheriff in town-Felix's girlfriend Lola-who claims to be have been deputized by Felix on the interior decorating decisions now that she's moving in. It's bad enough that she starts redirecting Rodney's design efforts on the house, but when she shows up looking like an utter train wreck after having too much unnecessary plastic surgery on her face, Rodney can't help but take care of the ungrateful wench. After generous doses of Rodney's TLC, Lola finally breaks down and confesses her insecurity: she suspects that Felix is having an affair and has undergone the surgery to try to compete with whatever young thing she thinks Felix has on the side. If Lola only knew that Rodney is what Felix has going on the side, she'd realize that all the plastic surgery in the world-well, almost all of it-wouldn't help her cause with Felix.

Poor Liz remains in the doghouse with Devon ever since he blew the playoffs after Liz's surprise visit to his hotel room in Chicago. It isn't helping matters that Devon has invited his friend Julian and his new ex-stripper wife to stay the weekend, putting the kibosh on Liz's plans for a romantic weekend sans kids. In attempt to capture her husband's attention, Liz flirts with Julian but her plan backfires when Julian corners Liz in her bedroom. As he's forcing himself on Liz, Devon walks in and breaks up the terrible scene. Devon immediately kicks Julian and his bimbo bride to the curb. After Liz's tear-filled apology, Devon and Liz fall into each other's arms. Just as Liz is finally beginning to feel that she and Devon have gotten back on track, Devon announces that he thinks Liz's jealousy has ruined their marriage beyond repair and that he wants a divorce.

At Skylar's birthday party, Zach finally loses his Zen-like cool about his ex problems as he can no longer ignore his feelings of being edged out by Jolie's new live-in boyfriend. Instead of getting mad, Zach figures out a way to get even with Jeff-even if his revenge is a tad on the childish side and involves a piñata and a blindfolded seven-year-old with a stick. Meanwhile, Molly's reaction to Kenny's haughtiness over finding out about her new relationship with Zach at the party isn't much more Zen or mature than Zach's. In the privacy of Skylar's playhouse, Molly and Kenny have it out about his unwillingness to relent on the injunction but Kenny plainly says that this is how the brutal game of divorce is played. Now it's Molly's move. Inspired by Joan's advice to stop fighting with Kenny and outwit him, Molly comes up with a brilliant plan: she asks Kenny to be her producer on "Wife Goes On." Naturally, he says yes-score one for Molly Kagan!-and strangely, it just could be the best partnership these exes have ever entered into.

David Shea, in his seemingly genuine distress over losing Joan, calls Rodney to make amends. Rodney softens a little to David and accepts his apology, but more importantly, it makes Rodney realize that he has been a total hypocrite in judging Joan's actions. Before Joan leaves on her trip with Pappy, Rodney begs for Joan's forgiveness, which she'll grant as long as he forgives her. En route to the airport, Joan fantasizes about David chasing her and Pappy's limo on horseback to whisk her off to Morocco, but sadly, it's only a dream and Joan steels herself to take her own medicine.

Everything seems to be back on track (replete with Kenny continuing to ignore Molly's rule about letting himself into her house without permission) until a mysterious package arrives bearing a torn-out page from Molly's missing journal with the words, "It's Not Over" scrawled across the front in red ink. What now, Molly?
