After Patty's (Tisha Campbell-Martin) recent run of bad dates, Rita (Nicole Sullivan) decides to fix her up with one of Jay's (Richard Ruccolo) buddies. When Patty tells Rita she isn't ready to settle down into a routine relationship, Rita tries to prove that her marriage is not "routine" by convincing Jay to take her to a nightclub where they "coincidentally" bump into Patty.
