Synopsis

Rita gets a long awaited and much deserved promotion to manager at Bed & Bath Max. Unfortunately, her new responsibilities require longer hours. At first, Rita juggles her family, her new duties at work, and her commitment to the band, but eventually, it becomes overwhelming. Rita realizes she can't do it all and to everyone's surprise, she makes the hard decision and quits the band. Jay, Hallie and Shannon notice that although Rita now has time to get it all done, without her creative outlet, she's lost her spark. Jay and the girls figure out a way to help share in the household chores so Rita can keep on rockin.
