Synopsis

Ricky asks Karl for his thoughts on law and order, but Karl isn't really interested in it. "It's not part of my life," he says. Stephen asks for his opinion on capital punishment, and after a brief moment of contemplation, Karl decides that he's for it -- but the electric chair should be linked to someone who doesn't know he's flipping the switch. Ricky breaks down the Ten Commandments and decides he's not in violation of any of them. The guys envision a hostage crisis, with Ricky in the role of criminal and Karl as the negotiator.
