When the head of internal medicine at Blessed Sacrament hospital is found dead at a driving range, the CBI must locate the killer among the hospital's staff and patients. After Hightower's escape, though, it is not business as usual on the team. LaRoche has instated himself as the acting SAC, and his first decree is the demotion of Theresa Lisbon. Cho is named the new team leader, and he has a much lower tolerance for Jane's schemes than Lisbon did. Following a lead based on the complaints of several patents, Jane realizes that a doctor has been stealing pain meds from the pharmacy and using them. In the end, Jane must convince Cho to help him with a sting designed to catch the dangerous addict who killed a fellow doctor.
