Synopsis

TOVAH FELDSHUH REPRISES HER ROLE AS DEFENSE ATTORNEY DANIELLE MELNICK -- When two boys find the dead body of a middle-aged man in a park, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Curtis (Benjamin Bratt) are called to investigate. The detectives learn that the murdered man was a corrections officer at a women's prison who took particular interest in an inmate that Abbie Carmichael (Angie Harmon) put away on a drug charge three years earlier. McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Carmichael are left to untangle a web of secrets and lies and end up face-to-face with defense attorney Danielle Melnick (guest star Tovah Feldshuh, 'Holocaust').
