Synopsis

DESPERATE TIMES, DESPERATE MEASURES - The murder of an older woman is linked to a local drug dealer, although the victim was not a drug user. Detectives soon learn that a heartless mother, hooked on drugs had sold her son to the drug dealer as payment. Her son forced to work with the drug dealer was involved in the killing, but refuses to testify in order to protect his mother.
