Synopsis

COUNCILMAN KILLED - When a local councilman is robbed and his throat slashed, the investigation ties the public official to organized crime. With the help of an undercover narcotcis offer, Logan (Chris Noth) and Greevey (George Dzundza) trace the crime to mob kingpin, Tony Scalisi (Paul Guilfoyle). Stone (Michael Moriarity) and Robinette (Richard Brooks) must then cut a deal with Scalisi to uncover a larger, city scandal.
