Kath & Kim Episode 1.16 Bachelorette

Kath prepares for her bachelorette party and invites her spiritual coach, Athena over. Athena, Kath, Tina and Kim all take a shot of special tea that Athena prepared. Before the party can begin, Athena believes the women should share a personal truth about themselves. Before the storytelling can begin, Kath's limo arrives.

Derrick and Craig get invited to Phil's bachelor party. Craig and Derrick both feel out of place when the other guests start talking about cooking ingredients. Meanwhile, Kath is opening presents in the limo. Kim announces that she is moving in with Tina so Kath and Phil can have the house all to themselves. Kath believes that's the best present she could receive.

Derrick suspects that Phil might really be gay. Craig lets Phil in on Derrick's suspicion and offers to "spice" up the bachelor party. A stripper arrives and dances for Phil and the guys before being stopped. Phil tells Ashley the stripper that he wants to know more about her before she takes her clothes off. Craig and Derrick are speechless.

Back at Kath's limo party, things begin to turn funky. All the women start feeling the effects of Athena's magic tea and get psychedelic visions. They mistake a pet store for a 7-11. When they finally arrive to the Cher concert, the driver alerts the girls that they missed the concert. With Kath's state of mind, she believes that she already saw the concert and it included the late Sonny Bono joining Cher on stage.

The ladies end up at "Maneaters", their favorite gay club for a night of dancing. Kath has a realization on the dance floor that she doesn't really want Kim to move out. Meanwhile, Craig and Derrick take Phil to a real strip club, but have a hard time getting into it since Phil's conversation with Ashley made it seem like strippers are real people, too. Kath calls Phil and tells him she no longer wants to marry him. Phil vows to fight for Kath.

Phil, Craig, and Derrick head to "Maneaters" to fight for Kath. They find her passed out. When she awakes, she's confused on where she is and why people are staring at her. She can't remember even calling Phil. An angry Phil calls off the wedding in retaliation. Kim steps in and helps the two patch things up. Phil purposes all over, again and Kath says "yes". Later on, Kim has a fight with Tina and moves back into Kath's house.
