When Jesus Moreno's wife Carmen is gunned down by his shady business associates, his teenaged daughter Olivia blames him for her mother's death. Now that he has dragged Olivia into witness protection, she hates him even more. Acting out by playing the femme fatale with the local boys is one thing, but disappearing just days before Jesus is due to appear in federal court in Miami to put his former boss, Felix Calderon, behind bars is another.
Fearing for his daughter's life, a frantic Jesus gives Mary and Marshall an ultimatum: find his daughter or he won't testify. Now it's up to the Inspectors to track down the missing Olivia before the entire trial is completely derailed-or worse, before Olivia is harmed by Calderon's ruthless men.
Raphael, knowing full well how much Mary hates surprises, doesn't bother to inform Mary of his mother's imminent arrival from the Dominican Republic. Adding insult to injury, Raph's "Mama" is under the impression that Mary and Raph are engaged because her son never told her that Mary turned him down. Unfortunately, neither of Mary's options is very good: should she play along and let Mama go through with her traditional engagement celebration or risk Mama's undying ire for rejecting her son's proposal?
