In Plain Sight Episode 2.05 Aguna Matatala

Avi Rosenzweig is a happily married Orthodox Jew who has secretly been producing and distributing pirated DVD's from his grandfather-in-law's electronics store in Queens. When he's busted, Avi enters the program in order to testify against the Albanian gangsters who paid him to do their dirty work. His wife Rachel-disgraced by his misdeeds, not the least of which is lying to her-has refused to come into WITSEC with him despite multiple letters begging her forgiveness. Even though Avi has given up on his faith, he will not give up on his wife.

Later, a mysterious man shows up in Albuquerque looking for Avi. Mary and Marshall quickly clear the man as having no ties to the Albanian mob, but they still don't know how he found Avi-or why. Mary works the rabbinical network and finds out that Sam Garfinkel is a rabbi who has been hired by Rachel to track down Avi and obtain a "Get," a Jewish divorce document. Sam refuses to leave town until Avi signs the papers. However, it's going to take more than a holy man wearing a dark coat and spouting aphorisms to get Avi to sign the Get.

Jinx's weekend furlough from rehab has both Brandi and Mary walking on eggshells-and pouring the booze down the drain. Then Peter shows up at the house to ask Brandi to go with him to the Governor's Ball. Brandi is excited about her date until Jinx and Mary figure out that Peter happens to be a local multimillionaire. Now Brandi is worried that not only does she have nothing to wear to a fancy society ball, but also that Peter may be too far out of her league.
