When the body of a teenage girl discovered in the woods turns out to be a local girl who was abducted ten years ago, Five-0 finds themselves hunting for child kidnappers who have struck for a second time. Ella Bishop was taken from her home by an unknown kidnapper, so the team digs up every bit of evidence they can find to get a possible lead on Ella's whereabouts. After going through surveillance footage from Ella's neighborhood, Five-0 locates and corners Ella's abductor, but she takes her own life before they can question her. Another lead sends them to the Department of Health, where they discover that a fake identity was created for Ella by an employee, and they use that fake record to locate Ray and Terry Billings, Ella's captors. McGarrett and Danny confront the Billings and eventually convince Terry to give up Ella's location. The team races to the woods and rescues Ella from a shallow grave before she suffocates.
