Additional Cast

An exquisitely dressed woman steps out of a private jet and places a phone call to Renard. Clearly an important figure from his past, the two make plans to meet. Meanwhile, Nick returns home to find Juliette making dinner for both of them - chicken cilantro tagine, Nick's favorite. Juliette remarks that although her memories may never fully return, she wants to get to know Nick.

In a smoky, raunchy bar, we see Angelina dancing with a man. Though she is eager to get away, the man follows her out into the parking lot and forces himself on her. As tensions flare, the man morphs into a Skalengeck (a terrifying lizard creature) while Angelina morphs into a Blutbad, killing him almost immediately. Just as she stands, proud of her revenge, another Skalengeck comes out of nowhere with a gun to Angelina's head.

Meanwhile, Angelina is forced into a parked van and is informed by a menacing man, Arbok, that the guy from the bar she just killed was doing a job for him. Arbok morphs into a Konigschlange (a horrific cobra Wesen) and gives Angelina three options. He threatens to report the murder or kill Angelina right here, unless she agree to complete the unfinished job, for which she'll get paid. Angelina likes the sound of a $25,000 reward and agrees to do it. The man tells her she's got 24 hours.

Nick and Juliette are conversing over dinner, and Nick reminds Juliette how they met. Rosalee and Monroe are also having a lovely time. Just as they are about to share a kiss, Angelina angrily interrupts the two. It turns out that her mission is to kill Monroe, and she's come here to warn him that a Konigschlange is after him. Monroe refuses to flee and is determined to find out who exactly wants him dead. The two argue about calling Nick for help; Angelina reminds Monroe that Nick is a cop, and she's still wanted on arrest for previous Bauerschwein deaths.

Nick leaves dinner and rushes over to Monroe's. Upon seeing Angelina, Nick immediately pulls his gun as Monroe tries to alleviate the situation. He convinces Nick to put his issues aside for the time being so that all three of them can figure out how to handle this situation. Nick drops Monroe off at Hank's house to ensure his safety and then gets in the car with Angelina, off to find the two men from the van. Hank, who's still learning all about the Grimm world, questions Monroe about what it feels like to be a Wesen, and Monroe demonstrates by morphing.

Nick and Angelina return to the scene of the crime, where they talk to another detective and Angelina pretends to be Nick's partner, solving the entire crime in a matter of minutes. It turns out that the dead guy's name was Buxton Jacobs, and he's been wanted for rape and assault. Angelina finds his cell phone, and they trace his last call, which was made to Arbok, his boss.

Spotting him heading into a store, Angelina corners the shorter man from the van, Will, and demands to know why they want Monroe dead. Will reveals it's because Monroe is friends with a Grimm, and that he and Arbok were hired by someone else to do the job. Nick, who is listening in on the interaction, is devastated that once again his friends' lives are being put in danger all because of him. Nick returns to Hank's house with Angelina and catches him up to speed with the entire situation, telling him they have no choice but to work with Angelina.

The four of them end up at Rosalee's Spice Shop, where they must figure out how to create a Dead Faint potion, a drink that will paralyze one's muscles and bring the drinker to a suspended death. They plan for Monroe to drink this so that Angelina can deliver his "dead" body to Arbok. They call Rosalee, who is extremely reluctant to help them for fear of Monroe's life, but eventually agrees, knowing it's for the good of everyone. Monroe drinks the potion and lies down, a single tear running down his face as he promises Rosalee he'll be fine. Angelina calls Arbok and informs him that she's killed Monroe. He gives her directions to their meeting site, and Nick and Hank follow.

With Monroe in the back seat, Angelina arrives into a dark forest and meets with Arbok and Will. Arbok morphs and checks to make sure that Monroe is really dead and proceeds to call his boss. All of a sudden, the mysterious woman who's been meeting with Renard appears. She instructs for Angelina to be paid. While all this is going on, it's now been over two hours, and Monroe is slipping further and further into true death. Angelina cannot risk any more time and jumps on Monroe to give him mouth to mouth, bringing him back to life.

When the others realize what Angelina's doing, all hell breaks loose. The blonde woman drives off while Angelina and Monroe transform into Blutbads, ready to fight. Nick and Hank rush on to the scene, shooting one of the guys down but not before he manages to shoot and severely wound Angelina. Nick runs after Arbok, who's now morphed into a Konigschlange, and the two begin fighting to the death in the middle of the forest. Just as it looks like Nick's about to be defeated, Hank rushes to the rescue and shoots the attacker.

Grief-stricken, Monroe holds Angelina's dying body in his hands. It takes all her energy to muster her last words to him: "She got away. Be careful. Damn." Monroe stops Nick from calling the ambulance, telling him he wants to lay Angelina to death the traditional way.

The blonde woman arrives at the airport, where Renard is waiting for her. She asks if he's going to kill her. He says it depends on a lot of things and demands to know everything. Nick returns home and gives Rosalee a call, telling her Monroe is fine. Setting down his keys, he spots a note on the couch from Juliette, thanking him for the new memories. The next morning we see Monroe ceremoniously placing rocks over Angelina's body. His grief causes him to morph, and he looks up to the sky as a wolf howl echoes across the fog-filled forest.
